Abstract
This study aimed to explore the impact of positive social interactions (such as friendship and mutual support) on the psychological well-being of female middle school students in a school located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The study employed a qualitative case study approach with a purposive sample of (8) students from different grades. Data were collected through unstructured interviews and direct observation. Findings revealed that positive social interactions reduce anxiety and stress, enhance self-confidence and belonging, while their absence leads to isolation and weak engagement. The study recommends implementing school programs that foster positive interactions, training teachers to enhance social relationships, and providing a safe and supportive school environment.
