Determining the training needs of the educational supervisors in Riyadh city in light of the concepts of knowledge management

Abstract
The objective of the study was to identify the training needs of the educational supervisors in the city of Riyadh in the light of the concepts of knowledge management. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive method and relied on the questionnaire in the data collection. A sample of 52 educational supervisors from the study society Educational supervisor, and the results were as follows:
The total instrument obtained a general average (3.99) with a grade of (approval). At the dimension level, the knowledge storage was obtained at the highest mean (4.16) with an approved grade, followed by the diagnosis of knowledge with an average of (4.02) The application of knowledge at an average (3.99) with a grade of (Approved), followed by the dissemination of knowledge in the last rank with an average (3.80) and an estimate (approved). There were no statistically significant differences at (α0.05) or less between the responses of the study sample members on the training needs of the supervisors in relation to (knowledge diagnosis knowledge storage knowledge sharing knowledge application) according to the variable educational qualification. There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α0.05) and less among the responses of the sample of the study about the training needs of the educational supervisors in relation to the generation of knowledge according to the variable of the scientific qualification. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α0.05) or less between the responses of the sample of the study towards the training needs of educational supervisors in light of the concepts of knowledge management according to variable years of service in educational supervision. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the training of educational supervisors on knowledge management processes, providing an organized database for the conservation, generation and dissemination of knowledge in the education offices, and focusing on training educational supervisors to generate knowledge for women and focus on those with a bachelor's degree.
