The Degree of Using the Modern Teaching Strategies Among First Three Grades Teachers from School Principals Perspective in Ajloun Directorate

Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the degree of using the modern teaching strategies among first three grades teachers from school principals perspective in Ajloun Directorate, the researcher used the Descriptive approaches, study Sample consisted of (110) female and male of school principals, chosen randomly, a questioner used as a tool to collect the data, which consisted (27) items, distributed to three fields the result of SPSS analysis shown that the degree of using the modern teaching strategies among first three grades teachers from school principals perspective in Ajloun Directorate was moderated with average (3.59 out of 5), The finding also showed there is no statistically significant differences at (α≤0.05) refers to principals sex (male and female) in addition there were no statistically significant differences refers to principals years of experience. In light of the results, the study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is holding training workshops for classroom teachers in the first three grades to clarify the concept of modern teaching strategies, and how to use and employ this knowledge and skills within the classroom.
