Alternative Educational Calendar and its role in the development of competencies of the student / teacher in the faculties of education

Abstract

This study aimed to identifying: The ways used in the process of teacher training and the training of the student teacher. The effectiveness of the alternative educational assessment in preparing the student teacher. The ways of effecting the alternative educational assessment in the faculties of education. The researcher used the descriptive approach, he has chosen the sample of (150) teachers – males and females. (63) of them are staff members of faculties of education. (87) of them are teachers in the general education from Sudan and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. (30) of them are staff members of the faculty of education. (34) teachers from the general education of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. (33) staff of faculty of education and (53) teachers of general education from Sudan. The study reached many findings: The alternative evaluation is excellent to be foundation for teacher training in spite of the length of its duration. It provides the trainee with the skills that qualify him to perform well. Injaz files are one of the elements of the success of teacher training. They help in amending the trends and desires of the trainee and help him acquire the skills and the art of teaching. The study recommended the following: It is necessary to improve the ways of continuous evaluation by using the system of educational assessment to solve the problem of students training. It is necessary to document and file the efforts and creativity of the student in the different aspects, Academic, professional, Cultural and social by using Injaz files.
