Abstract

The study aimed to identify a training program in reducing psychological stress and improving the level of academic adjustment at the request of the preparatory year at Hail University. The study population is composed of all male students enrolled in the summer semester of 2016 (300 students divided into three tracks) (30) students and experimental students (30) who received a training program to reduce psychological stress and improve the level of adaptation. Academic studies.
 The training program consisted of (12) sessions at the rate of two sessions per week (60 - 90) minutes, while members of the control group did not receive any training program. The results of the study indicated that there were significant differences in reducing psychological stress and improve the level of academic adjustment for students compared to With the control group.
