Problems Facing Schools Run by Yatta Directorate of Education  from Teachers' Point View

Abstract

The present study aims at identifying the problems facing schools run by Yatta directorate of education from teachers' point view. To measure the problem's tool, the researchers has applied the descriptive analytical strategy on a sample of 116 male & female teachers employed in the schools of Yatta directorate of education during the first semester of the scholastic year 2018/-2019. The total degree of the tool shows (3.26) on average whereas the school administration-related problems show an average of (3.19) with a deviation of (0.74). Meanwhile, school physical environmental problems have (3.06) on average with a deviation of (0.72). In addition, teacher-related school problems show an average of (21.3) with a deviation of (0.77). However, the student-related problems have an average of (3.55) with a deviation of (0.87). Finally, curriculum-related problems show an (3.48) on average with a deviation of (0.96). Consequently, the study concluded with a group of recommendations primarily taking the appropriate procedures to decline directorial problems.
