The degree of leadership of primary school leaders in Jeddah governorate for ethical leadership from the point of view of teachers

Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the degree of practice of leaders of elementary schools in Jeddah governorate for ethical leadership from the point of view of teachers. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher used the descriptive descriptive method. The tool consisted of a questionnaire of (33) paragraphs that were applied to a random sample of 372 primary school teachers in Jeddah governorate and using SPSS statistical treatments. The study found the following results: The level of practice of the leaders of Madras primary school in Jeddah for moral leadership was a large percentage in all the study axes, where it obtained an average of (4.15), the first of which was the moral personality traits, where the average (4.19) (4.08). The study did not show any statistically significant differences due to the qualification variable and the specialization. The differences of statistical significance in the variable years of service of the human relations axis with the teachers For those who had more experience Twenty years. The researcher recommended the importance of informing the educational leaders of the results of the study to be a catalyst for them to make more efforts to maintain this honorable percentage, and the need to develop a moral charter for school leaders in particular, and recognizes each leader in the form of a document in his name to increase the link and work, including, In order to enhance positive organizational behavior and raise the level of ethical practices within its components. In conclusion, the researcher proposed several ethical leadership studies in schools.
