It is published monthly by the Arab Journal of Science and Research Publishing and the National Research Center. It aims to improve the Arab Research Library in the economic, administrative and legal specialties, as an authoritative reference for researchers, students, and those interested in economic, administrative and legal sciences. The first editor-in-chief is Prof. Mohamed El Moataz El Mojtaba Ibrahim Taha.
