Knowledge of distance education supervision and its role in developing the level of performance of English language teachers in the field of education

Abstract
The aim of this study is to find out the extent of clarity of the concept of distance education supervision among the teachers of the English language in Al-Makhwa Governorate. And the importance of the practice and use of the method of educational supervision remotely in the field of education from the point of view of the English language teachers in the province of Almkhwa. Results of the practice of modern communication tools and the Internet and applications of the second generation of web.2 implemented by the Department of English in the supervisory processes from the point of view of English teachers in the province The study consisted of (22) studies. The study instrument consisted of a questionnaire that measured the results of the practice of remote supervision, and verified the validity and consistency of the questionnaire. The results showed that the concept of distance educational supervision is very clear and sufficient. The study proved the effectiveness of the modern communication tools and the second generation of the web. 2. The development of the competence of English language teachers. The results of the practice of modern communication tools, Implemented by the Department of English in the supervisory processes, was high and satisfactory.
