The role of the mother in the scientific formation of her children in the light of Islamic educational thought: Imam Malik bin Anas as a model

Abstract

This study aimed to highlight the role of the mother in the formation of the scientific personality of her children through the study of Imam Malik bin Anas, may Allah bless him, one of the prominent scientific models and figures in Islamic educational thought. It also aimed to explain the scientific methodology of Imam Malik bin Anas, may God have mercy on him, in scientific training, and On the scientific personality of the children, in fact the personality of the children is affected by the mother usually more than the father; because of her living with them and being with them longer than living with their father. The most prominent recommendations were the design of some courses in the historical, social and cultural field through different stages of education with models of Islamic heritage about the greatness of the mother.
