Abstract
The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of digital leadership in public education schools in the urban area of Abha. The practice of the dimensions of digital leadership obtained a total average (3.51 out of 5) with a percentage of (70.18) and a verbal rating (high), and it also found that there are statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the sample members attributable to gender, in favor of females, and according to the position variable in favor of those whose position is an agent According to the experience and in favor of those with less than 5 years of experience, while there are no statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the sample members attributable to the educational qualification variable, and based on the results, the researcher recommended holding conferences to stimulate the application of digital leadership in educational institutions, imposing the use of digital technology in schools, and holding Training courses for school leaders and computerization of the curricula, in addition to proposals for future studies on the subject.
