Abstract

The study aimed to identify the attitudes of government school principals in Ajloun Governorate in Jordan towards distance learning, and the effect of the variables (gender, marital status, educational level, school level, and job experience) on their perspectives. A questionnaire of (18) items and axis, which was applied to a random sample of (90) male and female managers, The results of the study showed that the attitudes of government school principals in Ajloun governorate obtained a total average of (3. 121) degree (neutral), and the results of the study revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of school principals towards distance learning according to the gender variable and marital status. , school level, and job experience, and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the school principals’ attitudes towards distance learning according to the educational level variable and in favor of the postgraduate category. towards it, and to enhance their attitudes towards distance learning.
