Abstract

The study aimed at revealing the degree of practice of principals in Amman Governorate in Jordan to enable new teachers from the point of view of the teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive method. He constructed a tool for the study consisting of (24) , And a random sample of (112) teachers was selected. The results indicated that the level of practicing principals in Amman Governorate in Jordan to enable new teachers from the point of view of the teachers on the tool as a whole was high (3.71). The ranking of the fields was ranked in descending order according to the level of fields: professional development, 3.74, In decision-making, and reached (3.70), the field of sense of appreciation, and reached (3.63).. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0. 05) in the primary school principals in Amman governorate in Jordan to enable new teachers from the point of view of the teachers themselves due to gender variable. In the light of the results, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented to increase the degree of empowerment of new teachers in the schools of Amman Governorate and the whole of the Kingdom of Jordan.
