Abstract

This study aimed to identify the reality of the administrative practices of the directors of general education schools in Riyadh from their point of view, as well as to identify the differences of statistical significance in the responses of the sample to the administrative practices of the directors of general education schools in Riyadh according to the qualifications, Administrative, training courses). The study sample consisted of (40) principals from government and private schools and includes all stages. A questionnaire was prepared by the researcher on the administrative practices of the directors of general education schools in Riyadh from their point of view. The questionnaire was processed using statistical program (spss). The study reached several results,
- There is agreement from the sample of the study that the administrative practices of the principals of schools came (sometimes) with an arithmetic average (2.19). These practices precede the planning at a constant level, followed by the organization, then the direction, then the follow-up and evaluation (sometimes).
- There is agreement from the sample of the study that the head of the school is practicing the planning at the level of (always) and the general mean (2.38 of 3), by setting the objectives and studying the current situation, setting up weekly plans in the light of the annual plan and determining decisions of change and participation with the school staff Problem solving ... etc.
- There is agreement from the sample of the study that the principal of the school is practicing the organization to the extent that it occurs (sometimes) based on the general mean of the words of the organization axis (2.25 of 3) through the distribution of tasks and responsibilities, supervision of the policy of admission and conversion of students, And the implementation of open door policy with students to know their needs ... etc.
- There is agreement from the sample of the study that the head of the school conducts the instruction at a rate of (sometimes) based on the general average of the words of the guidance axis (2.08 of 3) by directing the school staff in a proper educational manner and understanding the needs of the school staff and consulting with them in achieving the desired goals and appropriate guidance In the implementation of planned activities ... etc.
- There is agreement from the sample of the study that the principal of the school is practicing the follow-up and evaluation (sometimes) based on the general average of the terms of the follow-up and evaluation axis (2.05 of 3) by following the implementation of the daily plans of the school and school activities and evaluation of parameters according to specific criteria and follow-up collection For students ... etc.
- The study showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members about the administrative roles according to the different scientific qualification.
- The study showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members about the administrative roles, according to the different stage of the school in which the principal works.
- The study showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members on administrative roles, according to the different administrative experience.
- The study showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members about the administrative roles, depending on their access to the training courses.
