Abstract

The research aimed to identify the Specifications of Innovation Environment, and to explore The Implementation Reality of Female Computer Teachers for Innovation Environment Specifications. To achieve this; the survey descriptive method was used, and the research conducted to a sample of (205) female computer teachers in eastern region, and a questionnaire was utilized as research tool which was composed with four sections: teaching methods, motivation, the open system, and technology.

The research findings revealed that the implementation reality of female computer teachers for innovation environment specifications which related to teaching methods was “medium” with a mean of (3.13), and the implementation reality of female computer teachers for innovation environment specifications which related to innovation was “high” with a mean of (3.37), and the implementation reality of female computer teachers for innovation environment specifications which related to the open system was “high” with a mean of (3.41), and the implementation reality of female computer teachers for innovation environment specifications which related to technology was “medium” with a mean of (3.01). And then, some recommendations were suggested according to the research findings.
