Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of using augmented reality applications in developing the academic achievement regarding fiqh for intermediate school students

The researcher has built the tool of the study which was an achievement test by selecting random sample from intermediate school students in Princess Nora bint Abdul Rahman University in the year AH 1438/1439. The sample consisted of thirty students who represent the trial group studied through the technique of augmented reality applications. The researcher has used the semi-trial process and right after applying the statistical processing on the levels of post-test applications، the results has shown the following.

There are differences of statistical influence at the level (0.05≥α) of grade points average of the students of the trial group along the pre-test/post-test measurement of academic achievement in favorer of the post measurement. Also، there is a major educational influence for using the augmented reality to enhance academic achievement in Fiqh for the intermediate first class students according to the conclusions of this study، where the researcher recommends the following.
