Abstract

This study aimed to shed light on the distribution of wealth in verses of the Holy Quran. It consists of two sections: the first presents the research problem and its objective, the research questions, its limitations, the methodology employed, the results, the conclusion, and recommendations. The first section compiles Quranic verses related to wealth and its distribution, arranged according to the order of the chapters (surahs) in the Holy Quran, along with relevant interpretations and their connection to the topic of wealth and its distribution. The second section highlights the common economic features found in these verses and offers commentary, without presenting it as an interpretation, but rather as an explanation of the economic characteristics related to wealth distribution. The research employed a descriptive-analytical methodology.
The research reached several conclusions, most notably: a large number of Quranic verses fall within the scope of wealth, and God bestows His provision without measure upon all of creation in general. Furthermore, some forms of sustenance are attained through faith, piety, adherence to the Book of God, and seeking forgiveness. The most important recommendation is to reflect upon and continuously study the Holy Quran throughout history, rather than limiting oneself to past studies.
