Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the impact of health promotion programs and policies within Saudi Vision 2030 on enhancing quality of life, focusing on qualitative initiatives such as health digital transformation and urban humanization. The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, conducting a secondary analysis of official national reports and published data (2016–2024), relying primarily on the database of  (Al-Hanawi et al., 2024) and Quality of Life Program reports. The secondary analysis revealed that health awareness reached 72.1%, with a high reliance on digital platforms at 81%. Findings indicated a positive correlation between urban humanization initiatives and general satisfaction (4.22/5). The study concluded that sustaining healthy behaviors requires bridging the digital divide and developing cross-sectoral policy governance. It recommends shifting from program expansion to long-term impact assessment to ensure health-related quality of life for all.
