Abstract

The study aimed to identify the dimensions of the components of job satisfaction among workers at the Public Authority for Applied Education through three hypotheses and relying on the descriptive analytical method theoretical literature in this area, where it was found from the results of the study and based on the study and analysis of the literature addressed the subject of a relationship between job satisfaction for workers public Authority for Applied Education in Kuwait and components and the dimensions of the organizational Albih incentives Madaah and moral tasks and responsibilities for employees Moklolh the public Authority for Applied Education in Kuwait and proven research hypotheses.
