Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the awareness of the students of twenty-three secondary schools in the biochemistry and its role in achieving sustainable development by answering on the following questions: The first question: what is the awareness of student of twenty three secondary school in the biomass? The second question: what's their awareness in the role of biomass  in achieving sustainable development?

And to answer the research The researcher did a questionnaire for students of secondary school.. In several schools in the kingdom According to the scanning method of the mixture..And when you prepare the theoretical framework and actions that followed when you prepare search tools..

The search was applied on a random sample of  The Kingdom's secondary schools included twenty-three schools from different regions. A total of 200 students participated in the questionnaire.

And the researcher reached  to the awareness of sampling research biomass and the role in achieving the sustainable development was low, and that a large percentage agree with the fact that the accumulation of waste in cities and villages has become a growing problem that needs to be resolved, and that only a small percentage of students are keen to follow the latest developments in the global technology for the disposal of different types of waste, and that the majority of students continue to follow traditional methods of waste disposal , And that the vast majority of students support the need to use renewable energy sources to solve environmental pollution problems.
