Abstract
This study aimed at identifying the degree of obstacles to applying the concept of the school produced in the schools of Al-Baha region from the point of view of school principals and teachers. The researcher used the descriptive descriptive method. The study population consisted of (4320) principals and teachers. A random sample of 558 individuals was selected. A questionnaire consisting of (28) items was used and verified its validity and stability. The results showed that there were significant differences at the level of (0.05 α α) between the average responses of the sample of the study sample according to the results of the study. For the variable of the educational stage on the field of intellectual handicaps for the benefit of the intermediate stage, according to the variable of the scientific qualification for the benefit of bachelor and above, and the variable years of experience for the category of 10 years and more on the field of financial and organizational constraints, while there were no significant differences at the level of significance Α α) depending on the nature of the work, and in light of the results of the study recommended the researcher a number of recommendations, including: Holding training courses for the principals and teachers with the idea of productive school, and ways to implement them in public schools in Saudi Arabia, and provide a suitable school environment to implement the idea of school produced in schools Girls in Al-Baha.
