Article Processing Charges (APC) Policy

The journals published by the Arab Institution for Sciences and Research Publishing adopt a fair fee policy based on the World Bank classification of countries by income level, in support of researchers worldwide.

Publication Fees by Income Category

  • High-Income Countries 180 USD
    Examples: United States, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia.
  • Middle-Income Countries 100 USD
    Examples: Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Iraq, Turkey, Mexico.
  • Low-Income Countries 70 USD
    Examples: Sudan, Yemen, Somalia, Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Uganda.

Publication Process
The journal adheres to the highest standards of integrity and transparency in scholarly publishing, in compliance with the requirements of global databases such as DOAJ and Scopus. The following procedure is applied:

  • Manuscript Submission: Manuscripts are accepted exclusively through the journal's electronic system, with no submission fees required.
  • Scientific Peer Review: All manuscripts undergo rigorous, confidential double-blind peer review by specialized referees, conducted without any financial compensation and with complete independence from financial or administrative considerations.
  • Scientific Revisions (if required): Authors are given the opportunity to make the required revisions based on referees' reports, without incurring any additional fees.
  • Editorial Decision and Final Acceptance: The final acceptance decision is issued solely on the basis of scientific quality, adherence to research ethics, and compliance with established publication standards. Publication fees—if applicable—are collected exclusively prior to the issuance of the official final acceptance letter, and these fees do not influence the acceptance or rejection decision in any way.
  • Publication and Open Access: Accepted manuscripts are published electronically under an open access model, with assignment of a permanent Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and issuance of an official acceptance certificate to the author.

Authors may request a printed copy of the journal issue and reprints of their article. The author shall bear the costs of printing, shipping, and delivery.

Refund Policy
Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication, the Article Processing Charge (APC) becomes due. The corresponding author is responsible for the article processing fees, and the institution will not refund any payments made for publication in any form.

Journal Subscription
Subscribers to the institution receive the electronic version of the journal issues monthly.

  • Annual subscription fee for researchers: $70 USD
  • Annual subscription fee for libraries and universities: $180 USD
